Yoga for Everyone

My mission is the belief that yoga is suitable for everyone, and a yogi does not need to be flexible or have an athletic background. It is easy to come to a well-being yoga class just as you are. The most important thing is that yoga brings a bright, good feeling and that the practice brings balance to your body and mind.

I teach gentle Ashtanga yoga, dynamic Hatha yoga, and meditative slow yoga. I tailor each class to meet the needs and wishes of the group. In addition to comprehensively strengthening the body, yoga always supports mental well-being and the relaxation of both body and mind.

In yoga, the breath guides you through different asanas, making the practice a meditative, mind-nourishing moment. The overall well-being that yoga brings makes your inner light glow. When yoga becomes a habit, it may be the most important investment in your well-being.
